On July 15, Hollysys successfully assisted the Shanghai Electric Taonan City Wind Power Coupled Biomass Green Methanol Integrated Demonstration Project (hereinafter referred to as: Shanghai Electric Taonan Green Methanol Project) to be put into production smoothly. Under the joint witness of Cai Dong, member of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, Wu Jingping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Provincial CPPCC, Li Hongci, Secretary of the Baicheng Municipal Party Committee, Wu Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, and other leaders and Hollysys project team, the first batch of green methanol products was successfully produced.
The successful commissioning of this project is not only the result of the cooperation between Shanghai Electric and Hollysys, but also an important milestone in the transformation of my country's energy industry towards green and low-carbon development. It marks a major breakthrough in the region's new energy industry layout and has injected new vitality into promoting high-quality development of the local economy.
